Machinery Vibration & Condition Monitoring

About Course

Course Overview

Vibration monitoring and analysis are useful tools for predicting incipient mechanical, electrical, and process-related problems within plant equipment, machinery, and continuous-process systems.  Therefore, they are the most often used predictive maintenance technologies. Vibration analysis can provide the means to first schedule maintenance and ultimately to eliminate the need for corrective maintenance tasks.

This course is designed to provide a broad understanding of vibration monitoring and advanced techniques for vibration analysis, data interpretation, and problem correction & vibration control are discussed.  .

Course Objective

After completing this Course, Participants will be able to:

  • Vibration Measurements
  • Vibration Analysis
  • Machinery Monitoring
  • Maintenance
  • Troubleshooting

Who should attend?

This seminar is directed towards Supervisors, Team Leaders and Managers in Maintenance, Engineering and Production.  The seminar will also benefit anyone who wishes to update themselves on Predictive Maintenance Technologies and Failure Analysis techniques, as well as those who have to judge the suitability of these technologies for their needs, and learn how to implement them for the benefit of their organisations.
